To develop new ideas of interior and elevation of commercial and residential land.We provide all building-related consultations and Solutions at one place.Our Firm works on new projects with new design.Need an engineering sales officer who promote our products and designed work to our customer to interactTips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.Responsibilities Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans and schedules, outlining tasks, timelines, and milestones to ensure the project stays on track. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the project budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure that the project remains financially viable. Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring all parties adhere to their obligations. Coordination of Resources: Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure that site resources are available when needed. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and consultants, facilitating communication and ensuring teamwork. Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that the construction work meets the required standards and specifications. Safety Management: Enforce safety regulations and practices on the construction site to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all workers.Qualifications1. Educational Background Bachelors Degree: A degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is often required.2.
