Job Description

  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • entertain incoming call regarding product inquiry.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • give them pitch regarding our product and services so that call has been converted into leads
  • follow up to client for sales requirement purpose
  • maintain data of the incoming and outgoing call
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure
  • Possess strong communication skills(English and Hindi)
  • Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence
