  • Working Capital Management - Daily Monitoring and Managing the Cash Flows with Banks
  • Monitoring and Managing the daily Banking Operations
  • Preparation of daily Cash flow statement for Management Reporting
  • Preparations of Annual Budgets and Projections
  • Preparation of Financial Statements and CMA data for banking purpose
  • Monitoring and Managing all the Statutory payments viz GST, Income Tax, TDS, Custom Duties
  • Managing the Vendor Payments on daily basis
  • Liaison with Banks for managing Cash Credit Limits and managing optimum utilization of Working Capital Limits and ensuring draw downs, roll over and repayment of CC Limits /WCDLs
  • Ensuring timely Debt Servicing to banks with respect to the term loan installments, ECB Loans and interest servicing
  • Ensuring timely repayments of term loans and interest servicing of Group Companies
  • Managing inter Company funds within the Group
  • Liaison with Banks relating to overseas Remittances to Group Subsidiaries/ other ODI payments
  • Managing the opening for Letter of Credits/ SBLCs and their repayments on due dates
Required Candidate profile
  • Should be qualified CA with 10+ years (post qualification) experience in treasury, Forex & banking operations in large organization
  • Should be well versed with SAP
  • Should posses good interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Should have good communication skills
