Job Description

    Plan & ensure delivery of EV/FCEV Vehicles for validation as per Program delivery timeline.Interaction with Component Suppliers and ensuring quality parts procurement as per delivery schedules. Timely resolution of critical issues related to Cost, Quality & Timelines Interface between CoC s, Product Line, VIG, Suppliers, Body Builders & Plant manufacturing team Execution of ICR Plan Support Resource planning and budget estimation Understanding of Functioning of Various Electrical Control Systems, ECU s, Electrical & Electronic functions inside Electric Vehicles & Fuel Cell Vehicles. Understanding of Automotive Electrical system, Schematic and Wiring harness design. Wiring harness from concept to production. In Depth Awareness of Relevant Automotive Legal Requirements for Electric & FCEV Vehicles. In Depth Knowledge of Product Development Process. Knowledge about Control Software algorithms & Service Tools Knowledge of Testing at Component and Vehicle Level / Application Level Knowledge of Teardown & Benchmarking of E&E Systems Used in Competition Experience in Handling Proto Build Issues, Production Issues & Field Issues. Technical Support for resolving all E&E System Level issues. Knowledge on Problem Solving QC tools will be an added Advantage. Awareness of Future Technological Advancement in the area of Electric & Fuel Cell Vehicles. Knowledge of circuit analysis, wire and fuse selection for vehicle functional safety and protection. In depth knowledge of EV Benchmarking In depth knowledge of DVP, WCQ, PAT, DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS, DTC Knowledge of Quality System Audits & maintaining the required documents. Knowledge of Engineering Change Management and Product life cycle Management. Provide all necessary Support as a Subject Matter Expert and collaborate with Various Teams Ex. Design CoC s, Production & Service Teams. Essential & Desirable Education/Qualifications/ Work experience/technical skills i.e. what are the must haves for this role: Education Bachelor/Master in Electrical / Electronics EngineeringEducationWork ExperienceYears of Experience3 to 8 years Preferred Industry: Skill Sets required to perform the role : TECHNICAL Knowledge of design aspects for automotive circuits, wiring harness, GD&T and vehicle CAN Network. Good Idea of CAN/ LIN protocol, EOL flashing, diagnostic tool, good to have hands on experience. In depth knowledge of PLM & SAP Sound Knowledge of Procurement Process Proficiency in CAD tools (Pro E & CATIA) Should able to work independently Strong Inter personal Skills, Ability to work in CFT Working knowledge of problem solving techniques Knowledge of Verification, Testing, Regulatory and Validation requirements.,
