1. Responsible for field operations and maintenance of FTTx network2. OLT, ODN Network HOTO within SLA3. Corrective and Preventive Maintenance4. Plan , monitor and control spares material, TMI and Tools requirement& availability as per design norms for assigned Scope, Calibration ofTMI.5. Resolve O2A issues assigned to O&M6. Coordination, supervision and technical support to FRT and Technician7. Liaising with local authority/building owners etc.8. Interface and coordination with cross functional teams (Consruction,Home Care, Business, MSP etc)9. Material related activities., 1. Hands on experience of Splicing, OTDR, LSPM and cable locator2. Fiber Network O&M Experience3. O&M of Transmission/IP Network equipments4. Good Knowledge of Fiber Optics communication5. Basic knowledge of Transmission/DLC/OLT equipments6.
