Were seeking a talented Graphic and UI Designer to join our team, someone with an eye for aesthetics and a passion for intuitive user experiences.Key Responsibilities: UI Design: Create user-friendly interfaces and design prototypes for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms, focusing on both functionality and visual appeal. Graphic Design: Design engaging visuals, including marketing assets, social media graphics, and web banners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. User-Centered Design: Develop wireframes, storyboards, and mockups that reflect user requirements, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with development, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and seamless design across all channels. Brand Consistency: Maintain visual consistency and a strong brand identity across all design materials and digital assets. Feedback & Iteration: Respond to feedback, refine designs, and iterate on user interfaces based on testing and team input. Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, tools, and design standards to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic and UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and UI projects. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and UI/UX principles. Ability to create original designs from scratch while adhering to brand standards. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to design detail, balancing creativity with practical functionality. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate team feedback effectively.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with responsive and mobile-first design. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for understanding design implementation. Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
