    Head Digital Transformation Futuristic CIOCTO Manufacturing ERP Data analyticsPosition : Digital Transformation HeadBased at HO in Uttar PradeshReports to Deputy CMD Job Role : - Need someone with a futuristic mindset with a clear understanding of manufacturing, ERPs and data analytics.- Enable instant data led decision making across organization- Instantaneous profitability assessment across products, customers and ventures - Clear demand forecasting and product flow - Effective and automated input controls across processes to ensure quality assurance - Creation and building of systems providing transparency and efficacy to customers - Systems generated data across product lifecycle - To optimize manufacturing systems & to utilize data generated by plant DCS and combine same with IT systems- Automate analytics and information availability within the plant and strengthen decision making- Required candidates profile-BE/MCA /BSC etc with 17-27 years of experience- 5 +yrs as Head IT/CIO with manufacturing FMGC, consumer good companies- Multiple SAP implementations and integrating the information flow amount all unit, department and sub-functions. not limited to CRM, dealer, distributors etc- Having utilised the concepts of BI, Data analytics, AI/ML, IOT for achieving the organization goals- Expertise in managing IT Budget, ROI, Project management, Vendor management, IT Infrastructure, Data center , Application development etc ,
