Job Description

      • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
      • Document job requirements and objectives
      • Source and recruit candidates by using innovative mediums
      • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
      • Conduct and assist in interviews
      • Conducting employee on-boarding and help plan training & development
      • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, grievances, etc.
      • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics
      • Implement performance review procedures
      • Develop HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
      • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience of minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition.
  • Good in written communication and people skills.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Graduate/MBA in relevant field.
  • Working knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Positive attitude with results driven approach.
