Job Role: HR Executive (Fresher/Experienced)Job Location: LucknowCompany Details: Janardan Farms & ResortsRoles & Responsibilities:Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issuesReferring issues to senior HR staffAssisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisersCoordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offersConducting inductions of new staffParticipating in the collection of market survey information for the annual reviewInputting into the monthly payroll.Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the companyNormally, you will work a standard 35-40 hour week.
