      Key Responsibilities:
      Be a strategic advisor to the companys, business and function heads on all aspects of people management; work closely with the top leadership and play role as individual leaders, and as a collective group
Define the HR strategy of company in line with its services and process objectives; create long and short term HR Roadmaps to achieve the strategyCreate the companys resource structure with the requisite roles and capabilities. Enable to deliver on the HR strategy.Integrate all HR systems, policies and practices across organization to drive a consistent high-quality employee experience across the companyLead the HR team to design and implement high-quality systems and processes in the areas of Recruitment and On boarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Rewards and Culture, Payroll Management & Statutory Compliances.Design and implement new programs for the identification and development of high potential talent - to build a pipeline of future leaders for the companyCompetencies required:Strategic Awareness and Alignment: understands both the long-term and short-term value drivers and priorities of a business; can derive the HR implications for a given set of strategic priorities; can create and execute a challenging and exciting HR Roadmap; ensures that all HR strategies and programs are aligned to business objectives and outcomesFunctional Expertise: has depth and breadth of functional HR knowledge and concepts; has created and executed strategies and programs in strategic HR areas like succession management, organization development, change management and leadership development; has knowledge of best practices in HR across relevant industry sectorsResults Driven: thinks independently and delivers high quality results with minimal guidance and direction; displays high urgency for action and strong commitment towards achieving results; can operate effectively in environments undergoing change and transitionCollaboration: supports all business groups and functions in achieving overall companys objectives; brings cohesiveness to committees and management teams of which he/ she is a member; plays a constructive leadership role in the top management team, challenging and supporting management decisions, as appropriateStakeholder Management: fosters and maintains a network of work relationships at senior levels in the organization; is able to leverage these relationships to influence critical management decisions; commands leadership presence and respect amongst his/ her peer groupCoaching and Mentoring: supports his/ her own team to set and achieve stretched goals; shares developmental feedback and supports the performance improvement efforts of the team; identifies and grooms leaders in the team to achieve higher levels of excellence and growth.Salary:INR: 7,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A.Industry:NGO, Social Services, Regulators, Industry AssociationsFunctional Area:Strategy,Management Consulting,Corporate PlanningRole Category:Senior ManagementRole:Head/VP/GM-Corporate Planning/StrategyEmployment Type:Permanent Job, Full TimeKeyskillsDesired Candidate Profile
