Job Description

    Roles and responsibilities:Complete ownership of the payroll process.- Resolution of Employee queries in a time bound manner- Responsible for managing Pan India Payroll Operations- Handle coordination, compliance to statutory guidelines and auditing of payroll data once received from the vendor- Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages)- Managing employee benefits program- Statutory remittances to the concerned Authorities as per calendar, 100% compliance- Vendor engagement & management for payroll and statutory compliances- Investment checking and updating- Performing Annual PMS exercise(salary revision, rationalization & performance pay calculations)- Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Head count, attrition, wage cost etc.)- Monitor systems and methods, recommending and implementing necessary changesContact us : hidden_mobile : hidden_mobile : hidden_mobile
