You need to perform Industrial costing for a new product and/or process solution on the industrial scope, based on elements coming from Engineering, Project, PrIM, PIM, Supply Chain and Industrial Quality,. Industrial scope includes: Fixed Industrialization costs*, Variable production costs*,Quality inspection costs*Supply Chain variable costs* , Material and labor costs*.As a Industrial Costing Engineer, you are the leader to Project &manage all the recurring & Non recurring costing of Industrial requirements within Sricity Factory & Ensure that the Industrial CAPEX , OPEX, Work package are well implemented & Managed within the target. We are looking for someone who seek challenging problems and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment & Expected to build effective working relationships across a diverse project team, with the ultimate goal of establishing a Industrial costs are Managed well within target.On request of the Bid Manager, establish Industrial costing (Fixed and variable costs) On request of the PrIM, the PIM or the PME Director, provide costing to help taking decisions. Management of PME workpackage and and acheive say -do-ratio. In general: Based on elements coming from Engineering, Project, PrIM, PIM, Supply Chain and Industrial Quality, performs the costing of a new product and/or process solution on the industrial scope.Industrial scope includes: Fixed Industrialization costs*Variable production costs*Quality inspection costs*Supply Chain variable costs*Material and labor costs*Industrial costing have to be performed in the following situation:
• Development of a new product. new process or manufacturing technology, Before decision of a Make or Buy change.
• During tender phase of a project. In this case, PIO, Make or Buy assumptions have to be defined and validated.
• In case of a transfer of activities.
• In case of a major product or process change being decided.
Other activities:
• Define and maintain the workload plan of the PME department, based on S&OP demand plan and to acheive say - do - ratio
• Update industrial costs of the Ref Lib.
• Perform specific analysis such as Gap in Say - Do - Ratio & MPR revision plan on demand.
• Manage the Say - Do of the CAPEX & OPEX
As a Change and Configuration Management Leader
• Keep the project configuration under control during the whole life-cycle of the Project.
• Manage the Change process in the project and ensure Configuration is formalised and adequate at any time to deliver the configuration and change documentation to the Customer.
• Preparation of Planned configuration and maintenance of As Built configuration as per plan and maintenance of Change Management applicable to site
• Site CCM Responsible for As Built configuration.
• Be the interface with Project configuration Manager & Site.
• Participate and contribute the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) Establish and maintain the Baselines for configuration management system
• Participate in CCB2 meeting and provide site inputs
• Monitor changes to baselines and establishes CCB reports
• Administers the CCB Reports through configuration management tools.
• Coordinate and federate all the Site actors regarding configuration and changes
• organize and manage the project evolutions through changes activities
• Respond to project priorities or urgencies
• Ensure rigorous traceability and reporting
• Record, from actors information, the projected rank/date of change application (serial application, retrofit)
• Organize and update configuration and change database for the project
• Issue and monitor the action plan, assigning the Change Orders to the doers
• Issue and monitor the change application, assigning the Change Notice to the doers
• Manage with PrXMs project baselines:
• Configuration items identification; baselines management (coherency checking)
• Control configuration (compare realised/applicable)
• Perform Configuration verifications
• Issue configuration & change KPIs
• Create and publish indicators defined in the CMP

Minimum Qualifications:
• Process & Manufacturing Engineering background with 5 to 10 years experience preferably in the railway industry.
• Degree /Master-level degree
• Technical experience of Industrial Costing, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Layout and Tooling.
• Knowledge of Project and Tender working.
• Familiar with IS common tools.
• Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA )
• Project management background level depending on the complexity of the Project/Program,
• Ability to communicate with all actors involved to produce efficient CCB preparation
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge on Product Lifecycle Management Solutions (transversal competence)
• Office 365, SharePoint, InfoPath, Flow, Power BI, Qlik Sense App development.
