Job Description

    Internal: SPQD,SQD,COE ,Industrial, Advance Industrial, Engineering,Manufactruing, Site qualityExternal: Suppliers and Resident engineers.Purpose of the Job:Work closely with External suppliers to manage non - conformance & supplier governance through supplier management procedure .Organization Structure : The supplier quality leader will report hierarchically to Supplier Quality Manager .Mission & Responsibility Objectives : To apply & deploy supplier quality assurance policy in accordance with sourcing . Manage Non - Conformity report & supplier performance for precise scope of suppliers /projects in serial production.Contributes into supplier improvement actions and drive RFT towards Zero defect culture .Responsibility : Non- Conformities Management - Responsible for Non-Conformity day-to day management, ensuring reactivity to inform supplier of Non Conformity Report (NCR), to replace defective parts and to implement securization. _ Animate Non Conformities Report treatment by setting-up relevant actions plan to reach Non Conformity Report (NCR) target. _ Invoice the Cost Of Non Quality (CONQ S1) to the suppliers. Containment actions _ Organize the retrofit to be performed by the supplier._ Decide quality wall if necessary. Solving issues & Continuous Improvement _ Challenge our suppliers to enforce relevant corrective and preventive action plan, challenge reactivity. _ Audit supplier process to check the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action plan and ensure control plan sustainability (regular follow-up on main suppliers)._ For trusted suppliers: be part of the Return Of experience (REX) analysis. Top Issues Dashboard _ Prepare and monitor supplier Quality review at unit level to tackle the Top issues. Qualification and SkillsBachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical ) or equivalent.12+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance / Supplier development QualitySkill Set Requirement for Supplier Quality Lead - Good stakeholder management - Agile personality - In connection with the Quality & Continuous Competencies Matrix - 8D Methodology, - PFEMA & Control plan - Statistical process controls - Collaborative- Persuasive and resilient- Fluent in English- Team management - 6 sigma green belt /Black belt prefferred - ISO 9hidden_mobile - Knowledge in railway industry - Proficiency in MS excel, powerpoint ,MS word Location: Sricity,AndhraPradesh.An agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
