Operations spanning 9-10 states, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence and reliability.Position OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing critical financial and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the smooth functioning of the company.Key Responsibilities GST Compliance: Filing GST returns accurately and on time. Billing: Generating bills and invoices for clients and vendors. ESIC and PF Compliance: Handling Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) and Provident Fund (PF) processes and documentation. Ledger Management: Creating and maintaining financial ledgers, ensuring accurate bookkeeping. Tender Submission: Assisting in the preparation and submission of tenders. Financial Reporting: Preparing periodic financial statements and reports as required. Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Familiarity with GST, ESIC, and PF regulations. Other Skills: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
