manufacturing chemist in lucknowTablet & Capsule Section )Regular completion of Batch Manufacturing & Planning Records BMR and BPR.Manufacture batches and monitor its packing.To maintain the GMP in Tablet & capsule productionsLine clearance in manufacturing and packing areaMonitor IPQC during manufacturing.Preparation of DPR(Daily Production Report)Monitor Cleaning of Tablet & Capsules manufacturing and packing areaMaintain the machine job card and other log books.To prepare production SOPs and master formulasMaintain records of complete batches in Marg software system.Material handling.Verify the dispensed materials from storeMinimum 2 years exp in Tablet manufacturing section.Education : B Pharma (Preferably)Skills : Good Knowledge of Computers as all records are maintained on Marg Software Job Responsibilities : Independently handling of Complete Tablet & Capsule section from granulation to packing. Production Planning, Record Maintenance, Coordination with Quality Control Department and other departments. Man power handling and ordination for getting maximum productivity.
