Job Description

  • Maintenance of Construction Machinery and equipment like excavator, Dumper, Batching Plant, Concrete Pump, TM, Ajax Flory, Tower Crane and other Plant and Machinery.
  • Execute all in-house repair of equipment to ensure availability and reliability
  • Execute Scheduled / Predictive maintenance of equipment and ensure accurate entry of the same in SAP
  • Undertake quality check of equipment on dispatch & arrival
  • Prepare scheduled maintenance calendar and follow standard methods for providing maintenance and repair services
  • Perform root cause analysis of major breakdowns or unplanned maintenance activities and prepare detailed report
  • Assist in day-to-day activities associated with the AMC provider and documenting the relevant details
  • Coordinate with head office to ensure sharing of relevant real-time information from project
  • Calculate the actual equipment/ plant productivity daily and send the details to management.
  • Assist team in transfer of equipment from one location to the other
  • Coordinate with all relevant team to ensure timely availability of all relevant data for variance reporting and other comparisons
Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum Experience of 2 years in Road construction plant machinery.Mechanical engineer from reputed Institute.
