    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for the profile MEL Executive.JOB DETAILSPosition title: MEL ExecutiveDepartment: Inorganic BusinessReports to: Branch HeadLocation: BranchGrade: ExecutiveJOB SUMMARYMEL Executive is responsible for achieving business target from Micro Enterprise and ensuring repayment of his portfolio. To fulfil the responsibilities, the MEL Executive conducts bazaar/areasurvey, new customer acquisition, physical verification of client and household, disbursement of loan, repayment and overdue collection, MIS entry in MIS, proper documentation. Besides this MEL Executive assists Branch Head in branch administration and daily branch related banking transaction. Other key responsibilities include building strong client relationship and maintaining relationship with local key person such as representative of bazaar samity, municipality gram panchayat, other opinion leaders. While performing the above responsibilities, the MEL Executive must follow Arohans corevalues,code of ethics and other institutional policies.KEY RESPONSIBILITESBusiness development 40%Credit sourcing and assessment 20%KEY RESPONSIBILITESRepayment 30%MIS entry 5%Other activities of branch 5%Job ProfileBusiness development1. Conducts survey to identify potential clients in the assignedoperational geography2. Identify new business location though area surveyCredit sourcing and assessment1. Trains customers about terms and condition of loanandArohan policy2. Collects loan documents as per KYC policy and checksthemagainst originals3. Conducts physical verification of applicant as per policy4. Fills loan forms properly based on physical verificationanddiscussion with clients, and files themCredit disbursement1. Fills up loan documents (pronote, mutual agreement, loanrepayment book) ready before time of loan disbursement2. Assists Branch Head in disbursement and loan processing fee collectionRepayment 1. Collects repayment amount as per due schedule2. Deposits all collected repayment amount (if collectedincash)in the bank every day.Overdue management 1. Follows up with overdue customers and collects overdueMIS entry 1. Makes repayment and overdue collection data entry in MISPortfolio and risk management1. Take preventive (proper physical verification, loanappraisal and curative (overdue follow up) measures to maintainhighquality portfolio2.
