Job Description

    Assistant Manager Responsibilities:- Scanning/ Scouting of new business opportunities & tenders across various clients/ donors websites,- Comprehending RFPs, Terms of Reference (ToRs), Expression of Interest (EOIs) and coordination with technical teams for end-to-end EOI and Proposal development.- Understanding MSCs past work/projects and where and how these projects are relevant to the RFPs/EOIs,- Proactive scouting of donors, strategic partners, consultants, and documentation of the same; putting effort into nurturing and building said relationships.- Preparing compelling capability statements and pitch decks for business development.- Analyzing data as it pertains to proposal submissions, win rates, opportunities and presenting the analysis articulately to senior management. - Maintaining and up-dating various databases owned by SI in MS-Word, MS-Excel, coordinating with Technical Teams for updating databases.- Support in the preparation of reports (MS-Excel or word), donor scoping, competitor analysis, collaterals and other documents.- Co-ordination and communication (verbal/ written) with External Consultants/ associates for existing or prospective opportunities, as and when required.- Support in building MSCs brand presence in certain emerging areas which includes directly liaising with emerging area group internal point of contact, organizing, and supporting during meetings.- Co-ordination with internal teams-Administration, Knowledge Management, Finance/Legal as per work requirements.- Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualification: - Bachelors/ Masters Degree in English, Business Management, or equivalent fields. Essential Skills: The applicant should have experience in business development, tender or procurement management, proposal writing, database management, project management, executive assistance, and technical writing Candidates should have experience in international development in consulting, banking, financial sector, or allied areas. The candidate also should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel.,
