Job Description

Thorough experience of 5 to 8 Yrs Onsite Project Coordination, and management of:

  • Communication control, reports, etc.
  • Multi-location onsite teams coordination
  • Project schedule tracking, etc.
  • Project deviation reporting
  • Tracking and reporting of projects vide key metrics
  • Projects in GOI e-Gov environment implementation as well as operations
  • Minimum 4 yrs exp in working with govts.
  • Field coordination exp in Enterprise IT or software organization is a must
  • Should be able to understand SoftTech product and solutions
  • Should have good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi
  • MUST BE EXCELLENT IN WRITTE ENGLISH. PREFERABLE FROM CONVENT SCHOOL
  • Must have worked with Senior Managers Govt. officials as stakeholders

Description of Skill Sets:

  • Strong communication acumen with evidence of developing, negotiating and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction level
  • VERY strong communicator, especially in WRITTEN ENGLISH
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and other external organizations
  • Understands IT projects
  • Understands the typical drivers, processes and organizational structures within an IT project
  • Responsible for developing and managing strong customer relationships at intermediate levels and is an active participant in consulting engagements
  • Should be an expert in Team Coordination
  • Coordinated at least 1 State wide project deliveries for minimum 2 years
  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination from UP-OBPAS HO in Lucknow
  • Should be preferably a native of Lucknow
  • Client communication and coordination
  • Proactively meeting all the internal and external stake holders and communicating with them effectively
  • Responsible for monitoring Project Metrics and reporting to UP-OBPAS Project Director
  • This role requires a combination of excellent commercial skills, people skills and operational rigour
  • Travel to various parts of UP will be required
