Job Description

    Job descriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager specializing in Interior Fitouts to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage various interior fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget, schedule, and quality parameters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, particularly in interior fitouts, and possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skillsRole & responsibilities
    1. Plan, organize, and manage interior fitout projects from initiation to completion.
    2. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle.
    3. Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
    4. Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for the project.
    5. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
    6. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
    7. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
    8. Lead and motivate project teams, including internal staff and external stakeholders, to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
    9. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members to ensure alignment and cohesion.
    10. Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and clients as required.
    11. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing interior fitout projects.
    12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
    13. Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the project execution phase.
    14. Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
    Preferred candidate profile
    1. Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
    2. Proven experience in project management, specifically in interior fitouts within the construction industry.
    3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques related to interior fitouts.
    4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    5. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
    6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    8. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
    9. Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing construction projects.
    10. PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
    11. Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
    12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
