    Industry - FMCG / Foods / Beverage Category - Sales & Marketing Skills - Regional Trade Marketing Manager - FMCG - LucknowJob Type - PermanentJob Description - The role involves managing the Regional Trade Marketing initiatives including brand/ category strategies , investment & promotion plans within the region. The role would also involve managing the activations and market insights for the region.Client Details :Our client is a renowned name in the FMCG Industry. They are market leaders in the category they operate in and are growing steadily in the Indian market. They are looking for a regional trade marketing manager based out of Lucknow.Description:Key responsibilities of the role are: - Drive the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, DME investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and Campaigns)- Provide the key marketing Inputs for all the categories on a day to day basis to the senior leadership team based in UP- Provide input on portfolio plans, brand plans (activities, calendars, execution of allocated DME) and local innovation opportunities- Provide market input for the development of market-level Innovation projects and campaigns- Oversee localisation and real-time amplification of campaigns within the region, providing input to leadership team- Execute local media buying through Market procurement- Manage brand activation at the local level, including POS activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging market assets), in coordination with bottlers- Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customersProfile :A successful candidate will be someone who has- Significant marketing and leadership experience (8-10 years) with some people management experience- Direct experience with marketing activation- Business and commercial acumen, including financial expertise- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferredJob OfferThis is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a growing business with a well known and established FMCG organisation.,
