As Professional Application Support, this position will be working as a bridge between Customers and Sales team for providing technical support and customer service. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue and Profitability Growth in the assigned sales region and business area Deliver on New Customer Acquisition and Business Development targets in the assigned territory Maintain and improve customer focus and impact on existing Key Accounts in the region Manage and administer end-to-end Sales Process spanning Sales Opportunity Identification, Opportunity Management and Relationship Management Partner with stakeholders to achieve periodic commercial transaction outcomes Key Competency Chemical or Electroplating Engineer (B.Sc / B.Tech.) 5 -8 years of experience in Electroplating Industry would be suitable for the post Experience of customer service and troubleshooting would be an added advantage Basic knowledge of computers, proficient in MS office (Excel, word, Power point) Good Presentation skills Good communication skills in English and Hindi Confident, presentable and should have a pleasing personality Good interpersonal skills, able to maintain good professional relationship with customers and internal team.
