Minimum age of the applicant: 24 to 35 years.Work experience: Total 2 to 5 years of sales experience and Minimum Experience of 6 months in Real Estate.CTC: Rs. 1.8 to Rs. 3.5 Lakhs/ Annum.Good communication skills.The candidate should be a go-getter and target achiever.Should be enthusiastic and energetic and capable of working in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities: Achieve Business Objectives of turnover, revenue and product mix.Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling.Business generation from new and existing clients with strong services attitude.Responsible for handling relationships of clients.Providing financial planning & Investment Advice .Generating leads through different sales activities, references etc.Identify the customer requirement and need gaps and work towards bridging the same.Direct Marketing with cold calling and follow up with clients.Generate activity and sales reports as per company requirements.Any Other responsibilities will be allotted by the management , time to time.,
