Job Description

    Drive achievement of sales targets by focusing on key input levers
    • Building Connector Network Ensure that the required numbers are appointed and activated and to create engagement platforms (1 Event per branch/ month)
    • Approved Project Funding (APF) and Builder Tie-ups Needs to track / monitor APF.
    • Lead Management Ensure discipline in each branch on segment wise lead generation activities followed by its conversions. Measured by conversion rate.
    1. Build a high quality and profitable business
    • Deliver on Branch Profitability standards by curtailing expenses and maintaining good ROI
    • Be vigilant on NPA / Delinquent cases and limit NPA to defined standards
    • Enhance employee productivity

    • Raise the bar on talent & leadership by coaching and mentoring BMs for better performance and larger roles in the future.
    • Build a high performance culture by setting high standards of delivery, enabling high performance initiatives and taking required talent actions.
