Dear Candidates,We have urgent requirements for the position ofRetail Implementation Executive or Program Manager.Job Responsibilities:-1- Manages medium to large size projects under limited direction. Establishes and monitorsproject requirements, priorities, and deadlines. Provides ongoing management of project frominception to completion.2- Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areasaffected by the project, which may include customers, Sales, Operations, Master Data andvarious departments (e.g. marketing, IT, etc.)3- Acts as a primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to ensure timely studylaunch, conduct, and closeout according to the Customers and the Companys contractualagreement4- Accountable for all project deliverables for each project assigned5- Defines project scope and objectives. Oversees/coordinates all aspects of project and servesas project manager between clients, line management and internal and external resources.Plans and directs project and monitors the product/program/project from initiation throughdelivery, interfacing with internal/external customer on all matters.6- Manages a project team that is responsible for management of multiple project plans.7- Ensures quality and timeliness of project results. Ensures established budget is adheredto base upon project requirements.8- Identifies opportunities and correction of errors to ensure efficiency and mitigate exposure.9- Drives resolution of project conflicts. Consults and makes recommendations to seniormanagement.10- Manages teams who are responsible for multiple projects from inception to completion.11- Manages activities of assigned project team.12- Prepares standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for assigned projects.Minimum Requirements1- Bachelors Degree and at least 3 years of Retail Pharmacy Management and 5 + yearsexperience in management, sales, support, operations or administration, project managementand/or business process experience2- At least 1 year of experience of direct leadership and/or cross functional team leadership willingto travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).Additional Knowledge & Skills1- Working knowledge of Hospital or pharmaceutical industry in Supply chain business.2- Ability to confidently and professionally communicate with externals customers3- An ability to demonstrate initiative, be proactive and work without supervision, in a high stress,fast-paced, 100% quality required environment4- Effective communication skills including the ability to effectively interpret between a broadspectrum of clients with different levels of knowledge, expectations or position5- Excellent visual and textual communication skills that translate into comprehensive andeffective meetings and documents for internal use or distribution to customers6- Ability to manage effective meetings; keeping them on track, focused and encouraging activeparticipation7- Effective organizational, time-management and follow-up skills8- Able to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously9- Must possess professional demeanour and excellent networking skills; be dedicated to qualityand self- improvement10- Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible value11- A fast learner with an innovative and positive approachSalary: INR 2, 50,000 - 3, 50,000 PA.Industry: Healthcare, Pharma, Hospital,Functional Area: Operation, Pharmacy & Retail Operations, Project, Supply Chain,Role Category: Operation/Project Executive or ManagerEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentJob Location- GorakhpurRegardsRannanjay Singh9415081930 / 0522-4007045reliant.rannanjay@gmail.com
