ROLE DESCRIPTION: SALES ADVISOR WHAT YOU DO Your responsibilities Selling You fulfil customer needs at all times, providing great service on the sales floor, in the fitting room and at the cash desk. You follow all required H&M procedures, routines and Best Practices in all areas of the store, so sales targets can be reached. Keep up-to-date with products and sales activities Recognise and act on direct and indirect sales opportunities Direct customer service Welcome and help customers Share knowledge about products and sales activities with customers Recognise and fulfil customer needs Indirect customer service Keep the sales floor clean and tidy Ensure efficient and effective garment flow, aiming to increase sales figures and hit sales goals Ensure that products and garments are available, well-displayed and easy to buy Procedures Receive and process deliveries of products Handle payments and returns Follow all procedures and routines regarding safety, security and administration processes in all areas of the store Team You work together with your colleagues to reach store goals. Share knowledge, skills and information with colleagues Help out across departments to reach store goals Contribute to a positive working atmosphere ,
