Participate in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and suggestions for improving sales and marketing efforts.Requirements: Freshers A strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Willingness to learn and grow in the sales and marketing field. Experienced Candidates: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Strong understanding of market research and customer segmentation. Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software. Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
