Job Description

  • Achieving/Exceeding monthly sales target set by the management.
  • Prospecting new clients to achieve/exceed sales target.
  • Understanding the needs of the customers.
  • Assisting & convincing customers with their vehicle purchase over competitors.
  • Attending Inquiries over phone & email , Walk In.
  • Arranging Test-Drive for the customers.
  • Proposing auto-loan documents to the bank.
  • Negotiating with the banks & loan institutions for loan approval.
  • Co-ordinating with the bank & the client for finalizing the loan approval.
  • Arranging vehicle insurance through our insurance department.
  • Arranging all the documents required for Registration.
  • Inspecting the vehicle prior to hand-over.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction in the whole process.
