The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities:*- *Lead Generation:* Develop and generate your own leads through various channels including networking, cold-calling, and other strategies.- *Client Visits:* Visit potential clients, both self-generated and provided by the company, to present our solar power solutions.- *Sales Presentations:* Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the benefits of installing solar power systems.- *Closing Sales:* Convince and close sales deals with clients, ensuring they understand the value and return on investment of solar power installations.- *Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.- *Incentives:* Achieve and exceed sales targets to qualify for attractive incentives. Qualifications:*- Proven sales experience with a minimum of 1.5 to 2 years in the field.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.- Basic understanding of solar power systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
