Cold- calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts along with Channel partners.Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing channel partners and Tier- 1 partners (Distributors).Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to increase customer satisfaction and avoid refunds.Sales ExcellenceBeing productive in sales efforts through adequate pipeline of Tier- 2 partners whose aggregated potential is 3X- 5X of the Channel targets for the branch.Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
