Job Description

- Responsible for the branch and assets at the branch including sales, collection, after sales service, distribution expansion, within the branch- Identify market opportunities and appoint channel partner/dealers within the branch area according to the potential of the market- Responsible to achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales target of branch as well dealer wise.- Executing the retail activity plans within the branch - service camps, mechanics meet, test drive activities, dealer meets etc.- Responsible for appointing service and spare parts outlets and private garage mechanics training & maintaining adequate spare stock at all outlets.- Responsible to resolve dealers, customers, service centers issues timely and professionally.- Continuously update product knowledge, understand product applications and help customer/dealers in their selection.- Responsible for warehouse operations, maintain necessary inventory levels, route deliveries & pickups.- Ensures all facilities are maintained in neat and professional mannerCandidate should have:- Minimum of 5 Years experience in a similar role in 2 wheeler industry.- Prolific in computers especially MS Excel, Word and Power Point.- Go getter with a can do attitude with self-initiative- Above average communication skills in EnglishJob Type: Full-timeBenefits: Health insuranceSchedule: Day shiftPerformance bonusEducation: Bachelors (Preferred)Experience: Business development: 3 years (Preferred) total work: 10 years (Required)Language: English (Required)Work Location: In person,
