Job Details: 1 SAP Support on SD, MM, WM, PP, QM, PM, FICO modules: 2 Good understanding of SAP Tcodes on above modules, understanding of SAP tables & customizing. 3 Good understanding of business processes scenarios for automotive industry 4 Manage master data for above modules from relevent tcodes or mass transaction 5 Knowledge of standard report pertaining to modules mentioned and able to understand Zreport 6 Understanding of BW reports 7 Perform UAT and support business on testing scenarios 8 Issue or support endusers tickets in JIRA and raise drive IT tickets for any development/change 9 Support business on SOD & authorization objects 10 Support on external and internal audit relating to SAP 11 Creating/change SAP documentation 12 Co ordinate with central SAP team / AMS team and business support for any new requirement / change or issue reported. 13 Training endusers on SAP process or Master data scenarios
