The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.Roles and Responsibilities : Experience in Human Resources management, HR policies, and employee benefits. Knowledge of personnel management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies tailored to the IT Services requirements. Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of skilled professionals and workers. Implement and monitor employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and retention rates. Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute training programs to upskill employees and enhance their technical competencies. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, fostering a safe and inclusive work environment. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, promoting a positive and cooperative workplace atmosphere. Develop and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, set goals, and provide constructive feedback.Qualifications : Masters in HR from a Tier 1/2 B-School is Mandatory 2 years of experience in HR for IT Services organizations, experience in a Start-up is a plus. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, goal settings, Operations activities, and regulations related to IT Services Industry.,
