    Appventurez MobitechServer AdministratorLocation: [Lucknow (Health office)]Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Server Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of both Windows and Linux servers, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of critical applications and systems. This role requires hands-on experience with frameworks, databases, web servers, and best practices for hardware and security.Key Responsibilities:Server Setup and Maintenance: Install, configure, and manage Windows and Linux servers. Maintain server health by monitoring performance, applying updates, and performing regular backups.Framework and Application Configuration: Set up and configure .NET Framework environments for application deployment. Install, configure, and maintain Java-based frameworks and environments. Deploy and manage PHP-based frameworks for web applications.Database Administration: Configure and manage MSSQL and MySQL databases. Ensure optimal database performance, security, and regular backups.Web Server Management: Set up, configure, and manage IIS (Internet Information Services) web servers. Optimize IIS performance and integrate proxy setups to support application needs.SSL and DNS Management: Install, configure, and manage SSL certificates to ensure secure communication. Administer DNS records and troubleshoot DNS-related issues.Network and Proxy Configuration: Configure proxy services with IIS to optimize traffic routing and application access. Collaborate with network teams to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.Security and Best Practices: Implement and maintain hardware and software security best practices. Perform routine security audits, patch management, and vulnerability assessments. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with developers, DevOps, and IT teams to deploy and maintain applications. Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Provide technical support and training to team members when required.Requirements: Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux Server administration. Hands-on experience with IIS web server configuration and management. Expertise in .NET, Java, and PHP framework setups. Strong knowledge of MSSQL and MySQL databases. Experience with SSL certificate installation and renewal. Solid understanding of DNS management and troubleshooting. Familiarity with proxy configuration and networking concepts. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to document procedures clearly. Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator. Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or equivalent.
