Job Title: Social Media Intern (Stipend PAID)Company: MARS Artist and Event ManagementLocation: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Remote)Position Type: Part-Time (Flexible Hours)Role DescriptionThis is a PAID internship role for a Social Media Intern (Independent Music) at MARS Event & Artist Management. The intern will be responsible for social media management, content creation, and communication tasks.This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility for remote work.Responsibilities: Post videos and event highlights, tagging artists and relevant partners. Monitor comments, respond to inquiries, and maintain an active online presence. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies. Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages to foster a sense of community. Build partnerships with local and international Pop culture communities and artists to amplify reach. Analyze social media metrics and insights to improve engagement and audience growth. Stay updated on Music industry trends and tools to keep content fresh and relevant. Collaborate with Management to align the communitys voice with broader goals.Requirements: Strong Passion for hip-hop culture, Indie music, and community building. Experience in using social media accounts, especially Instagram. Strong writing skills for captions and engaging content creation. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark. Familiarity with basic video editing apps (Mobile editing apps at least) Knowledge of Music industry trends, and awareness of the artists. Interested in communicating, knowing the industry, and overall a curiousness to know about things, learn and grow.
