Job Description

Looking for Professionals Having Experience in L&D Profile, having good exposure into process training and Blue collar Training. Role: Sr. L&D Associate Job Location: Lucknow (Base Location) Experience: 3-4 YearsWhat you will be doing

  • Conducting Induction Programs for newly recruited manpower for both temporary and permanent staff.
  • Identifying training needs and implementing training programs to meet specific needs and ensure compliance to applicable policies and procedures, and serve the overall companys strategic objectives.
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of specific training and development initiatives.
  • Working with Line Managers and coaching them to coach the field CA
  • Conduct refresher programs, certification and new process trainings.
  • Content creation, modification and development.
  • Prepare training calendars and adherence.
  • Maintain calibration data and records.
  • Training Impact analysis.
  • Ensure training material and other training aids are available to academy members at all times
