  • Responsible for delivering self and teams target on EDC and POS for merchants in assigned geography
  • Ensure process adherence and deploying the products (post sale within TAT)
  • Mentoring and guiding team members
  • Conduct daily stand up meets, plan and drive team accordingly
  • Responsible for timely replacement/reverse pick-ups of devices/sims
  • Gathering market intelligence and keeping the management informed on same
  • To stay updated on new product/service features and train team members
