Bachelor s degree (B.Tech) from college or university or Masters Degree MCA , M.Tech.Minimum 3 years as a Sr. Project Coordinator, preferably managing new product development projects in a fast paced developing environmentShould work for IOS and android applications and games development , Server side development.PMI s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or affiliation to the Product Development & Management Association (PDMA) is considered a plus.Proficient in MS Project and the MS Office Suite of products.Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment is essential.Flexible during times of change.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast moving environment is crucial.Proven ability to influence cross -functional teams without formal authority.Coordinate project development projects from beginning to end.Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.Plan and schedule project timeliness, track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timeliness through analytical and problem -solving capabilities.,
