Job Description

    Job Summary: As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote and sell products or services, or to gather information. You will also handle inbound calls from customers or clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information.Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients using a prepared script to promote and sell products or services. Generate leads and set up appointments for sales representatives. Conduct market research surveys to gather information about consumer preferences and trends. Handle inbound calls from existing or potential customers, providing information, answering inquiries, and addressing complaints. Follow up with customers or clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Fresher with Strong communication skill both English and Hindi.
