Formulates & documents Asset protection policies & processes in alignment. Refines the AP processes to control shrink in Best Practice.Training Participate in imparting AP training at store management levelMaintain the confidentiality of the data.Work cross functionally in store with a range of teams to capture feedback and leverage this insight to drive continuous improvement of current AP content.Participate in process improvement projects, monitor them and run pilot testing Monitor and manage completion of required periodic audits and/ or surveys (e .g. Shrink Safety and Compliance Review, Operational Audits etc).Develop and maintain rapport with all levels of management in the Company.
