Job Description

    Job Role :- Support in building up the distribution channel at the location through licensing.- Conducting New manager induction programs & regular follow up weekly sessions-Conducting regular performance review of USMs and updating performance Gaps to their respective supervisors.-Support in conducting Branch Meets & Career Seminars at respective locations.- Responsible for jointly conducting activities with USMs for creating funnel for recruitment of Agents & POSPs-Responsible for development of USMs & agent activation and productivity- To ensure that the Unit Sales Managers/ Relationship Managers of designated region follow & adhere the set agency practices, identity gaps & implement the courseRequire candidate who is currently associated with Standalone HI, General Insurance in training domain only.
