Job Description

    APEX Services is a fast growing search firm with a Pan India presence. We are seeking to hire Recruitment/ Sr Recruitment Consultants for our Heath care/Medical Device Desk. Ideal candidates would be someone with 3-10Yrs of experience in recruitment preferably in Heath care/Pharma/Medical Device . Candidates with strong recruitment experience in other industries can also apply. Job profile involves searching candidates from various job Portals. Shortlisting candidates that match the job requirements with the clients. Arranging interviews. Salary negotiations etc. We require a progressive, pro-active and enthusiastic person with willingness to learn. The role would require the candidate to develop strategies using the latest pedagogy and best practices in Human Capital Business. The Consultant will be given thorough training as per Company Standards to enhance his/her skills & performance.
    1. Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at APEX
    2. Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
    3. Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
    4. Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
    5. Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
    6. Prioritize workload and ensure working on productive activities to always achieve maximum revenue.
    7. Develop new clients in the designated industry sector or discipline, and secure job orders from new and existing clients.
    8. Stay focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both business development and Sourcing/Recruitment.
    9. Stay abreast on competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business and building strategic relationships with key clients.
