Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current knowledge with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.2. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition3.Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.4. Manage the Regional Distribution Channels.5.Keep close watch on developments in marketplace and competitor activities.6.Address Distributor related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues when escalated.7. Identify, recruit and on-board financially strong reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach8. Ensure Distributor compliance with Distributor agreements, Distributor profile, and empanelment details.9. Manage Regional Branches to ensure Sales & Operations Team to achieve Targets10. Execute Rolling Sales Plan to achieve product wise targets.11. Execute joint business plans with Distributor to meet sales goals.12. Drive Distributor hiring, targets, incentives programs and engagement at various levels.13. Educate Distributors about product portfolio and services offered.14. Manage sales and marketing activities for Distributors to generate leads and revenue.15. Review the operational performance of the distributors.16. Annual Business Planning, Budget Control, Revenue generation.17. Evaluate Distributor sales performance and recommend improvements.
