Job Description

    Position: Agency Manager / Sr. Agency Manager / Business Development Manager (Agency Channel)Department: Sales Agency ChannelLocation: [Insert City/Region]Experience Required: 210 years (Insurance / Financial Services / Sales Domain)Role Objective:To drive sales and achieve business targets by recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents/advisors, ensuring high productivity, and delivering superior customer service in the Agency Channel.Key Responsibilities:
    • Recruit, develop, and activate a team of insurance agents/advisors.
    • Provide training, guidance, and motivation to advisors for achieving individual & team business targets.
    • Drive business through existing and new advisors to ensure consistent growth in life insurance sales.
    • Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and revenue targets assigned.
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Monitor advisor performance and take corrective actions to enhance productivity.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in sales promotion activities, roadshows, and campaigns to generate leads.
    • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to align business strategies.
