Must posses sound knowledge in Tours & Travel industry. (Minimum 2 years in Corporate travel Needs).Must have good interpersonal and multitasking Skills.Proficiency in MS-office, outlook etc.Experience in handling corporate client itinerary (Suggesting 5 Star Hotels in or off Bengaluru City, Travel ETA and other if any).Excellent communication & Email Skills.Should posses knowledge about handling petty cash, diesel bills, Tripsheets, MIS Billing, Timely vehicle services.Monitoring & Tracking day-wise deployed cabs assigned to clients till closure.Work closely with Supply team to source fleet of all category (Busses, SUVS , Sedans and others vehicle.) based on request.Supervising 24/7 desk operations, On demand bookings by clients till closure.Capable of handling severe escalations if any.Preparation of checklist of vehicle compliance, accessories check, chauffeur behavior check with regular briefing session.Knowledge in any Tool Management Services or App based automation shall be an advantage.Maintaining good relationship with existing customers and new customer on-boarded.Preferably candidates from South Bangalore with Two wheeler are given priority.(Range of 10-15 KMS from BSK 3rd Stage)Professional in English and other regional languages with good knowledge of local city.Should be ready to work for extra mile based on business requirement, can able to work with according to shifts assigned.
