Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities
    • Communicating with customers and helping in providing sales
    • Handling escalation cases
    • Demonstrated ability and comfort working in a start-up environment with an agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, and tight deadlines with a high degree of autonomy
    • Achieving targets and building a team
    • Making daily achievement reports of the team
    • Participating in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
    • Overseeing staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of customers
    • Helping the company in other roles as well
    • Setting payment collection goals and targets for the department
    • Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of the team
    • Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit
    • Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with state and federal regulations
    • Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection
    • Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs
    • Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections
    • Remaining informed of any legislative procedural training regarding debt collection
    • Training and mentoring staff members in the Sales department
