Achievement of Targets :To ensure that the targets in terms of Recruitment of Advisers, Net Sales, SIP Sales, Insurance Sales are met and overall responsibility for branch profitability.Supervision :To review all the activities undertaken by Unit Managers (UM) in accordance with the sales process. To guide, support and supervise the poor performer UM on a regular basis on achieving parameters of Recruitment / Net Sales / SIP Sales / Client Acquisition / reporting of Sales Process.Training :To train and groom the team of advisors, operations on product knowledge, system usage and help them achieve business targets.
