Job Description

  • Develop and maintain custom modifications to the companys ERP system (Epicor).
  • Develop and maintain data integration, transformation and reporting applications (such as BAQs, BPMs, dashboards and reports)
  • Develop and maintain external data transfer (Service Connect) workflows
  • Investigate and develop business cases for new modules
  • Create and maintain system and user documentation
  • Train users in related systems and modules
  • Provide first line of support for ERP user issues
  • Support the Epicor Systems Administrator in maintenance of the ERP system
  • Support other business system projects as assigned or as the situation dictates
