Job Description

    Installation && Commissioning:Install and configure battery systems at customer sites, ensuring proper setup,connection, and safety compliance. Assist customers in understanding systemfunctionality. Maintenance && Repairs:Perform preventive maintenance and repair services on battery systems, includingdiagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues both on-site andremotely. Technical Support:Provide expert technical support to customers and address any concerns related toproduct performance, usage, or system integration. Ensure timely resolution ofcustomer issues. Customer Training:Conduct customer training sessions on battery product usage, maintenanceprotocols, and safety procedures. Create and provide instructional materials asneeded. Documentation && Reporting:Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation reports, servicelogs, maintenance documentation, and customer feedback. Field Support Coordination:Work closely with the internal technical support and product teams to communicatefield issues and ensure customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Safety Compliance:Ensure that all field activities comply with company and regulatory safety standards.Follow best practices for battery system handling, installation, and maintenance. Product Feedback:Gather customer feedback on product performance and relay important informationto the R&&D or engineering teams to improve future product designs and serviceofferings. Emergency Response:Be available for urgent service calls and travel to customer locations to resolvecritical battery system failures or issues.
