Its expertise spans mobile app development, custom web solutions, business intelligence and automation, and robust IT support and cloud infrastructure.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Accountant role based in Mangaluru.The FinancialAccountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions. The role involves handling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing analysis to inform management decisions.The FinancialAccountant will work with accounting software to reconcile accounts, monitor cash flow, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies. This position also includes collaboration with internal teams, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function.Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.Hands-on experience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and maintaining accurate general ledger records.Proficiency with modern Accounting Software and related tools used for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting.Well-developed Analytical Skills to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for financial optimization.Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.Knowledge of applicable accounting standards and tax regulations, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work on-site in Mangaluru, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. .
